April 8 - Orlando, FL (UCF Arena)

Just got my tickets in the mail today, anybody else on the board going to this show? doesnt seem like tickets are selling out as fast as the other shows. ive never seen them live, but i can't wait! hope for a great show!!!!

I was going to go to the Orlando show but decided on Nashville & Atlanta instead. The Orlando venue looked huge. " title="" border="0"/> Hope you got good seats!

Don't forget to tell us all about it sugalumps.

Can't wait for the show - we're in the 3rd row on the floor.

Am hoping for a meet n greet - that would be absolutely amazing...

Anyone been to the UCF arena for a concert - is it possible to get a camera inside?

Ive never been to the venue, but I would imagine it isnt that hard. I am bringing mine. My seats are in section 102 which is center stage, so they wont be that bad of seats! I cant wait!! Doubt I will be able to sleep tonight. I'm so motherflippin' excited

The first question from the FAQs addresses this:

Sounds like generally they don't allow it, but it depends on the performers. I hope they let you guys!

You could totally get away with that in someplace like the Bay Area if you're a girl: just tell people you're a tranny.

What I meant to ask was - at UCF arena do they 'wand' you or make you walk through a metal detector?

I'm all about stuffing a camera in a pants pocket (or somewhere else other than a purse) as long as I won't be wanded..

What I'm doing for my camera (assuming The Fox won't allow it - but from what it sounds like when I talked to someone at the Box Office that it depends on the performers. If they say that cameras are okay, the Fox Theater will honor that. So I'm hoping that the guys say it's okay!) is this:

My camera is pretty small and compact, so much so that I can wrap a "
feminine napkin"
around it, and put it back in the original packaging and with a little bit of tape it looks good as new! So I'm going to put it in a zippered pocket in my purse with a couple other pads and maybe a tampon or two so it looks innocent. Then make sure I go through a line with a guy checking if that's possible ;
) Nothing makes a guy more uncomfortable than handling woman-products
