Too bad the mic rod is blocking Jemaine's face most of the time in the second clip. I know you haven't seen the movie, but do you have any idea why they are performing some crazyversion of Pride and Prejudice set in Philadelphia?

Haha, funnily enough, I just watched this movie tonight, and was disappointed to find that Jemaine's part was about 5 seconds long and in the last minute of the film. I watched it via Netflix instant viewing, so I didn't have access to the dvd extras. Thank you for posting these!

Two of the main characters rent a movie for one of their dates, and it is supposed to be an American version of Pride and Prejudice starring Freddie Prinze Jr.

Katie I totally forgot about the dvd extras! and I remember reading about them too. The person had said that Jemaines part in the movie wasn't very long but that he was in the extras much longer, perhaps more than some of the other characters that where actually in the movie alot lol.

Glad I could help. And yeah...a few beers before watching might be a good idea. It was by no means the worst movie I've ever seen, but... it wasn't exactly the best either. ;
)

OH, also- I think it's pretty funny that the female lead character's name is Germaine, which in a NZ accent sounds exactly like Jemaine. It made things a bit confusing at first. And there is a boss character who is never seen but often referred to, named McKenzie.

Me either. I'm downloading it to watch later in case it disappears for some reason. I skipped through it to make sure it was legit and I must say, it really does look horrible.
