A few people had problems with their browser cache, leaving only the original screen with one fan presale box visible. Did you see two boxes? One for fan presale and one for KROQ presale? Try refreshing/reloading.

Thanks! I had the right code but the KROQ box didn't appear until 10:25 AM. Darn! I'm trying again tomorrow.

I had the same exact problem. : It finally appeared for me at that time too.
