The bus left while we were standing there. The crew told us that they left. We hung around for another 20 min because there was a red bus there, but we figured they were gone so we rolled out.

Dana and I were laughing on the way back because when their bus left, we were literally standing right next to it. So we think they saw when they were leaving. I don't know why that was so funny to us.

Poopy about the DC audience but it sounds like it's going to be that way for most if not all of the shows. It's really too bad people can't just sit and enjoy the show... take it all in. It goes by way too quickly.

The audience really wasn't that bad. Jemaine kept shushing everyone like a baby. It was really funny.

I hope no one holds it against them either. It must really suck to be sick on tour because all you want is to be home in bed with Nikki.

I'm almost afraid to check their myspace because if I see bitches complaining, I may get annoyed.

No, it's certainly not the looks. But he is ADORABLE and sooo shy. Jemaine tried to crack a joke with him and Nigel didn't say a word.

Both the guys deserve so much more respect and consideration than has been shown by some "

Especially Bret since he's sick - I hate to think of Bret making an effort to put on a great show despite feeling crappy and having to deal with heckling douchebags.
On the bright side, a lot of people did say they loved the show and had a great time.

The house lights and music came on after the 1st encore. There was NOT a 2nd one.

okay so the show was great except for some annoying hecklers... but it probably wasn't the worst they've had so far...

but anyhow... one of the hightlights was jem talking to the hecklers in goo goo baby talk because they were being babies! it was so effin cute!

and during sugarlumps bret was like right there in front of me.

ummmm they did carol brown which makes me so happy because i think its such a sweet song... one of their best from a musical standpoint i think

ummmmm some guy in the audience said "
shut the 'uck up"
... im not sure who he was saying it to but it was cute because when bret heard it he was like "
why dont you come up here and i'll make you shut the 'uck up"
(or something like that)

ummmm at one point an bunch of people attempted to clap in time with one of the songs (dont remember which) and jem helped everyone get back on the beat... viry cute.

sara mentioned him sweating alot(he kept wiping his face with a towel) and drinking tea and i saw that also and being the dumbass i am i didnt put two and two together! he is sick! poor baby... but he performed well for having a 102 degree fever!

i was bummed about not getting to meet the guys... i wont lie. but i know that bret was sick, it was yucky out and the crowd didnt help i am sure... but who knows. if me not getting to meet the guys means that bret can take some nyquil and get some much needed rest then i am okay with that! i hate sitting at my desk all day when i'm sick... i can only imagine what its like to have to perform for all those people while sick!


it was my 1st conchords show and i loved every minute of them...
