OH THANK GOD...wait...before or after the show?

Because I'm dying to hear the meet and greets are back on cause I'm starting to get nervous they're going to nix them for the rest of the tour...

Maybe it was a ploy to make more people go away for a smaller meet and greet.

Yeah I was just thinking that too because they were 'told' that Bret wouldn't come out and now I read there was only a small number of people who met them. Ah well, looks like it worked

Yeah, that sounds more like them trying to make a quiet exit and getting stopped rather than willingly coming out and meeting fans. But I wasn't there, so...

A fan tried that in Columbus and it TOTALLY worked. So many people left and I got to talk to Bret for about 15 minutes. I started to feel greedy.

So it looks like maybe they weren't REALLY doing a meet and greet?

I don't think I could try to meet them if it was clear they needed to leave. I'd feel guilty.

Well - as a person who has NEVER met them before, I'd really be tempted, as I'd like to meet the guys at least ONCE - I just don't think I'd have the cajones to stop them knowing full well they're trying to get away. But of course it'd be ideal to meet them when they wanted to meet you, you know?

I've never met them before either, but if they were running to their next venue after a gig, and I don't think I could stop them either. But if I was in ear-shot I might yell some encouraging words like "
Have fun on tour"
or "
You guys are awesome"

ADD: But I feel guilty really easily ... I'm definitely not suggesting that someone who would stop them is being a bad person. Most of their fans probably have good intentions.


AND: Bret and Jemaine seem to be super-patient.

I know I'm not the only one of us who hasn't met them I wasn't trying to insinuate that, I'm just saying that I'd really like to meet them at least once.

But if I know they're trying to make a quiet exit and I saw them leave out some secret back door I don't think I'd run after them to try to get a picture/autograph or anything...I'd just let them go and cry a bit on the inside lol

That's how it was when I saw them in L.A....they were obviously trying to sneak out and everyone was just like

I admit I was bummed after to not meet them,but I totally understand. Hopefully they're in good spirits/health in phx
