The poster screams 'From the guys behind Talledega Nights and Step Brothers' but I can't help but feel that would have been better left out - neither film was received especially well by critics, even if they both made decent change at the box office.

Still, The Goods shapes up rather nicely in this trailer which includes a brief appearance by Flight Of The Conchords' Kristen Schaal (sadly, her role in the finished film looks to be all too brief if her lack of showing on the movie's IMDB page is anything to go by). Jeremy Piven lands a lead comedy role as Don Ready, a salesman so persuasive he can even turn round the no-smoking rule on planes.

It's all laddish humour, I'll grant you, not to say a little rude, but when it's relayed with this much charm, I'm game. Plus, anything starring Ving Rhames is worth a shot in my book.
