What is wrong with people? I gotta say though when Jem did a few lines of Freebird at my gig last year it sounded so good I'd like to hear him do it again.

B does look a little sickly and I thought he did in pics from a few nights ago too but I just chalked it up to being tired. I think when you are that thin that kind of thing shows more easily in the face.

I don't think it's necessarily that they all love the song. I think it's sort of like a novelty just because people know FOTC have played it before. I think it would be amazing to see them play it.. but not if it means playing one less Conchords song.

I would also never yell it out.. I would only want to see them play it if it was their idea. I certainly don't love the song or anything I just think it would be cool. Sort of like how we all love when Bret sang Yoshimi. Not comparing the songs but it's the sort of the same thing.

People yell Freebird at EVERY show. I do not understand it. But there's always some dickhead in the audience... :

Yeah,I get the novelty of it...since Skynyrd would play that the last song of their encores...but if it's not FOTC's last song...I just...
I would never call out anything,at all. Unless they asked for requests.

I agree. If I hadn't seen him drinking the tea, sweating and just overall acting a bit out of it, I wouldn't have known he was sick.

It was mostly his behavior, not his appearance that showed me he was sick.
