The thing that I like the best about this is the cocktail tray in the middle of them both with semi-girly drinks   Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

My friend Joseph and I often sit in his den, which very much resembles this room and to the same thing!!! For us, though there is a TV in front of us (and possibly other substances in us  Smile making us slouch while we watch FOTC and get our drink on.

Looks like they're ready to get "girl drink drunk".   Wink

I have a dumb question: what's a singlet?

Ha, singlet is one of those terms I always assumed was pretty cosmopolitan. I can't help but giggle at the confusion    Very Happy

But yes, I think he's referring to what I would call a singlet top and what I assume you would know as a tank top. Basically a fitted, sleeveless top with thin straps.

A singlet as I know it is generally worn as a first layer, usually as an undergarment. Actually the "black singlet" is considered a kiwi icon. Weird, I know. But mainly due to comedians such as Billy T James and Fred Dagg/ John Clarke.

FYI here's a picture of Fred Dagg, who was a parody of a steriotypical kiwi farmer in said singlet.

That's a pretty sweet pic, reminds me of a series of pictures Nirvana did once...kinda anyway. I think the Beatles have a similar photo session as well. It also reminds me of heroin. And that ridiculous anti-pot commercial that Family Guy spoofed once.

Yeah, that reminded me of an old Nirvana photo as well.

My neighbor has a 1 yr. old, and she refers to his one piece oufits as 'singlets.'  My immediate mental image was of adult females showing up in toddler wear bearing Jemaine's lips. Yikes!!!

I say 'wifebeater' all the time when I'm referring to my tank tops.  Weird how that term has become so commonplace, like "It was so hot last night, I slept in my wifebeater."

I might rethink that. Surprised
