Well I don't even know who Englebert whatever is so I wouldn't know if he wore glasses. Aside from them both having sideburns and full lips I don't see much resemblance.

I think that looks more like one of the guys from The Strokes. Jem's hair isn't that curly. But it does resemble him.

And as for Jew-fro I believe someone mentioned it looked like Jem had a jewfro in the pic with Leti where Jem wore all white and had a beard.
