Hello from a total Nerdosaurus Rex

*waves* Hello everyone. As the subject line says, I'm a total nerd because I've been lurking on this board for, oh, about five months now. Which is shameful, really, because from what I've seen this is a really friendly and welcoming place. Hopefully I can make amends for my long silence.

My name is Jenn and I'm a relatively new fan of the band, having only discovered their genius last November. To her great credit, one of my sisters actually showed me a few clips from the show a while back;
I remember watching in amused bewilderment, thinking to myself, "
This is pretty funny--who are these guys?"
Sadly, due to my lack of cable TV and some life craziness at the time, the guys were sort of pushed to the back of my mind and...forgotten. However, a few months back I was browsing the shelves at the video library and stumbled across season 1 on DVD. Little did I know, as I casually added the DVD to the stack of books I was checking out, that it was all going to go downhill from there (I mean that in the best possible way " title="" border="0"/>) Halfway through "
Inner City Pressure"
I was irrevocably hooked, and I managed to devour the rest of season 1 in about a day and a half. I then proceeded to put season 2 on reserve and began searching out everything I could find about the band. Shortly thereafter I came across this gem of a message board, which has been not only an incredible resource but a heck of a lot of fun as well. I don't think it's even sunk in yet. The past couple of days I've been going crazy (arguing with myself over whether or not I should go, trying to sort out all the logistics, fretting over getting a good seat) that now that things are relatively sorted out I don't know what to do with myself. :
