Yes Man **May Contain Spoilers**

I just wanted to give everyone an update on the film Rhys is going to be in with Jim Carrey.

Rhys posted a blog on his myspace that says they are done filming and the movie should be out sometime in December! Can't wait!

In case you hadn't seen my post in a different section about this film this is the run down of the plot and other actors in the film.

Yes Man is about a guy who challenges himself to say "
yes"
to everything for an entire year, its based on the memoir by Danny Wallace. It has some really good actors, some of my favorites being Bradley Cooper (Failure to Launch, Wedding Crashers, Nip/Tuck, Kitchen Confidential...to name a few lol), Zooey Deschanel (Elf, Eulogy, Failure to Launch) LOVE HER, and Danny Masterson (Hyde from That 70's Show). With a cast like that its sure to be a big hit, and I'm sure Rhys is going to shine!

Oh and Rhys plays Jim Carrey's boss (typical) lol...and his name is Norman.

I heard Rhys plays the same kind of character on here as on the show... should be pretty damn funny with Rhys aaand Jim Carey. I can only imagine... or not wait, I can't even imagine how funny it's going to be.

I never go to the movies because I'm cheap but I'll definitely spend the cash to see this in the theatre.

i am SO looking forward to this movie! was even looking forward to it before i heard rhys was going to be in it. fyi, y'all have got to read the original book. it's one of my favorites of all time;

I saw a new (to me) trailer tonight! Rhys was in a part which looked to be a costume party. If I remember correctly, Jim Carrey was dressed up like Harry Potter, and Rhys looked like a wizard with a long red-haired wig (don't know if he was supposed to be Dumbledore ??? )

Has anyone else seen this? It was aired during the SNL presidential special on NBC? in the US around 8pm CST (Nov. 3). I just scoured youtube, but with no luck. All the other trailers are ones I'd seen before.

November 05, 2008, (Sawf News) - Warner Bros. have released a new feature trailer of their upcoming comedy Yes Man. Directed by Peyton Reed and based on the memoirs and 2005 biography Yes Man by Scottish humorist Danny Wallace, the film stars Jim Carrey and Zooey Deschanel in the lead.

Filming began in October 2007. The script adaptation is done by Nicholas Stoller ("

). Looking at the posters and promos one can tell Jim Carrey is at his buffoonish best replete with his typical rubbery face expressions!

The film is a story of a man, Carl Allen (Jim Carrey), whose life is going nowhere -- the operative word being "

Yes Man additionally stars Terrence Stamp, Slim Khezri, Bradley Cooper and Rhys Darby.

The film, due in theaters on December 19, has been rated PG-13 for crude sexual humor, language and brief nudity.
