About the commercial.

[size=100:fvnqs8pe]Directed by Adam Strange, this commercial is part of a hilarious campaign for Startmart that tracks the progress of a group of young surfers on a summer road trip in their faithful station wagon, Big Val. Written by the hilarious Glenn Wood and art directed by Carl Van Weyk, the commercials were a huge success in New Zealand until the Starmart parent company in Singapore saw them and thought the young heros and heroines were too 'drug addict' looking and pulled them off air??!!??

LOL at the responses. I knew Jemaine's hair looked familiar but I couldn't quite place who exactly I've seen sport that same cut and then I come and read Julius Caesar, Matt Damon 90's style- it all makes sense now!

I love his eyes though and he still manages to look viry sixy!

The description is hilarious too. Not that surprised Singapore thought that way, they did seem a bit zoned out if you know what I mean. They looked very happy to see those Starmart guys! After all, the whole of NZ was closed
